You can apply for return service.

If the following conditions are met, we will refund you through PayPal. If the product has no manufacturing defects, is not activated and is still in a new or similar new state, within 7 natural days after receiving the product.

Your request will be rejected if the following conditions are met:

  1. It is required to submit within seven (7) natural days after receiving the product.
  2. The returned products do not include all original accessories, accessories or packaging, or any items are not in a new or similar new state, i.e. cracks, dents or scratches.
  3. Failure to provide legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice, or reason to believe that it has been forged or tampered with.
  4. Any failure or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including moisture, entry of foreign matters (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
  5. Any failure or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or installation of the product.
  6. There are signs of tampering or alteration in product labels, serial numbers, waterproof signs, etc.
  7. Uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, strong wind or lightning, cause damage to the product.
  8. The product is not delivered to us within seven (7) natural days after we send the return and refund service confirmation.
If the following conditions are met, you can apply for replacement service, and you need to return the product as required.
  1. If the product suffers major damage during transportation, the damage certificate issued by the carrier can always be provided to us within fifteen (15) natural days after receiving the product.
  2. In case of performance failure of the product, within fifteen (15) natural days after receiving the product.

 

Product Return Process

Step 1: customers must contact our support team (email: service@shenzhitech.com )to obtain a return authorization before returning any products to our company.

Step 2: if your approved return passes our inspection, you can send the goods to the address provided by our support team.

Step 3: please send us a notice after your shipment, and you need to provide the tracking number. Once we receive the goods you sent and check whether the goods are in good condition, we will repair, replace or refund them. This will be released within 5-7 calendar days.
